My husband's car was totaled by another driver, so we were forced to find a replacement. We were sure that we would not be able to buy a new Pilot, but Geovanni and Honda of Clear Lake gave us such a gr were forced to find a replacement. I worked with Geovanni over the phone and only met him on the day when my car was ready for pick up. He was very clear throughout the whole process - negotiating the deal, ordering the vehicle, informing us of when the car would arrive to the dealership, adding the roof rack accessory, letting us know when the car would be ready for pickup. We always knew what was going on. He was a pleasure to meet and the deal just could not be beat. Geovanni turned an unfortunate experience into one with a positive final outcome.
