I have been a customer of this service department for the past 10 years and trusted them with significant engine repairs, including four engine rebuilds. Unfortunately, despite these major repairs and numerous service visits, my vehicle continues to experience serious mechanical issues within months. After investing considerable time and money, I am left questioning whether the underlying problem was ever properly diagnosed or resolved. Liars. Traded in my vehicle and they told me I could not transfer my plates to the used vehicle I was purchasing (BMV and police told me this is incorrect). Ramon (sp?) said he couldn’t get my plates off and would mail them to me (never did, and now I am getting bills from the PA turnpike with those plates on a different car). Also, I had to get a new car battery (cost over $200) within a month of getting the vehicle. Called to try and speak with a manager and was told it would just go to voicemail. Did not even have the opportunity to leave a voicemail because they just hung up on me. Called back and Frank said he would work on it, but have not heard back. I would avoid this dealership. More
