We appreciated his thorougness as we went back and forth about trying the new HR-V. After a road test, we were definitely leaning toward the HR-V. We returned a couple of days later and decided we'd go with the Civic instead. Rich was very understanding and assured us we were making a good decision. No questions asked; no pressure. 2017 Accord EXLN purchase Recently bought an unsold 2017 Accord EXLN. Salesperson was Claira Provagna, and her boss (?) was Joe Bencivenni. Claira was always in a good mood, great about returning calls, and either had answers to my questions, or obtained the answers, and then got back to me. Same goes for Joe Bencivenni. It all went pretty well. There were a few unanswered questions, which allowed me the opportunity to meet Trevor Gile, Brian Zent, Lot Maintenance Supervisor Aaron, and a knowledgeable mechanic named Elmer. Everybody was great, plus the car runs really well. Was able to get a V6 because it was a 2017. If the service department is run the same way, I plan on taking the car there for anything it needs, as I also purchased an 8 year, 100 K mile extended warranty. They all did a great job, and if it can just stay like it already is now, that's good enough for me. More
