Sales experience was awesome! Ramo provided us with a great buying experience. He was personable, patient, and helpful! Finance heavy handed tactics to go with in-house financing was very off putting. In the future this would be an issue in deciding to come back. Once we secured a better rate thru our own bank that should've been okay because the dealership was still getting our business. To be told "oh what's a few more bucks per month when it can help the dealership help single mom's in the future"?! We were also told there is no way our bank was giving us a better rate and their math must be off . Also, by not going with their financing we'd miss out on 2 free oil changes. This portion of our purchase was uncomfortable and upsetting. If a customer secured a better rate that's the end of that discussion. It's futile and draining to haggle. If you can secure better financing that's awesome and a win for everyone. The customer shouldn't be guilted or bullied when a business is focused on customer satisfaction. A perfect customer experience begins with and ends with sales, but includes everyone who the customer interacts. Fortunately Ramo would definitely make me a repeat customer. The other folks we encountered during our time at the dealership were also pleasant and helpful! More
