He is a good communicator that listens in order to make sure we are happy and satisfied with each purchase. For the latest Civic lease, Bob stayed with us past closing time on a Saturday in order to get all the details in order. The new Civic--whose color scheme he recommended--has been great! Bob also took the time to explain features in the car, which is helpful because Civics and Accords change designs and features every few years. Thanks again and keep up the good work! More
