In addition, he stayed late the night before a holiday to make sure that we had our car detailed, paperwork done, and that we could drive away in our new car. Having avoided the unpleasantly long paperwork process in the past, this was a gift from the dealership gods. He answered all of my questions in a clear and transparent way, was informative while explaining the new vehicle's features, and even very kindly switched the locking lug nuts from my old vehicle to the new. All of the other employees seemed friendly and willing to assist as well. Highly recommended. More

Pleasant to work with, reliable and trustworthy, always seeking solutions to deliver the car my wife wanted, a Honda Fit EX-L with all the bells and whistles, and she wanted a yellow, so Jeff made sure to get one for her transported next day from far and away to Cleveland. JEFF went the extra mile several times over, literally, when on my wife's request he came to pick her up and take her to the dealership to sign the papers. He said he'd be at our house at 12 noon and lo and behold he showed up at Twelve zero zero, sharp on time! Oh, and everything from first contact to negotiations, credit approval, filing forms, get insurance and have ALL papers ready to sign — everything (!) was done online, saving us a lot of time and hassle!
