Fast and easy car buying experience I found myself in the situation where I needed to purchase a used car. Michael was very approachable and very open about the vehicle’s history and mai I found myself in the situation where I needed to purchase a used car. Michael was very approachable and very open about the vehicle’s history and maintenance record. He showed me the vehicle in it’s trade-in state and allowed me to check it out for myself. When one of the repairs was not completed and a second key could not be located Michael said the issues would be taken care of at no additional cost to me and they were. Even after the vehicle was purchased there was an issue with one of the windows and again Michael coordinated the service and repair so I was not out of pocket for the expense even though the vehicle was sold as is. From start to finish I feel like Michael had my best interest at heart and treated me like I was a long-time valued customer. The idea of buying a used car was intimidating to me at first but working with Michael made the process quick and easy. You can tell you are not just another sale for him but an individual with unique circumstances which he worked hard to understand and accommodate. More
