I walked in to Motorcars sales department only an hour before closing, just to get an idea of my options going forward. I walked up to Claira Provagna and with such limited time, she immediately began to honor my request to look at some used Pilots! We then looked at all the pricing options, trade value, etc. Long story short, in that hour (and even a little beyond closing time), Claira and the rest of the team made me feel valued as a customer, part of the Honda family, and I actually drove away with the car that I wanted. It was almost surreal! Great job everyone - great experience. More
