My first time experience with Motorcars Honda. I have never owned or leased a Honda . When I walked into Motorcars Honda and met with Adam Howe he made me feel important and saw that I got the bes I have never owned or leased a Honda . When I walked into Motorcars Honda and met with Adam Howe he made me feel important and saw that I got the best vehicle for my needs. From choosing the car I liked thru the closing of the lease I was treated with respect from Adam Howe to Jim Waterwash I was explained every detail from signing the papers to Adam explaining the workings of the vehicle I felt very comfortable when I drove out of the dealership that I knew most everything about the car. I would highly recommend any one to Adam Howe and the dealership to my friends. More

Buying an HR-V Raj Tulam and Brian Zent were very pleasant and professional. They were transparent about their process and worked to ensure that my expectations were Raj Tulam and Brian Zent were very pleasant and professional. There were some minor hiccups (including a significant delay), but in the end Raj and Brian were very communicative and accessible. They're both great guys and were a pleasure to meet. My first new car purchase Chris D. was excellent! He got me the exact new car that I wanted in my price range, in my top color choice, by having Motorcars do a dealer trade wit Chris D. was excellent! He got me the exact new car that I wanted in my price range, in my top color choice, by having Motorcars do a dealer trade with Great Lakes Honda. The paperwork aspect was quick and painless thanks to the finance guy, Xavier. Both of these employees provided a great customer experience! There were some issues during the process that the dealer could improve on: no gas in the test car, problems requesting my existing car title electronically, and skipping steps in the post-delivery checklist/prep that led to an extra trip back to the dealership to replace a missing wiper blade on the car. I would still rate Chris D. with all five stars despite the hiccups. He did all that he could to remedy the issues quickly, and it's obvious that he values his customers. When I had to come back for service that should've been taken care of by the checklist he gave me $10 for gas for having to make the trip there, even though it wasn't his fault! xxxxxxalso go to Melissa Evans in the service department for reducing the service wait time, by rearranging the busy weekend schedule. More
