He responded in a timely manner and by Wednesday the following week, had the Odyssey in the color and model we wanted. Amazing experience from start to finish! Because I was about 4 1/2 hours away I had to do my communication via e-mail. After my initial inquiry I was assigned Jeff Berlin to work with me. Admittedly, I was a tough customer because I wasn't 100 percent sure it was the right used Mazda Miata for me as I just started looking and I can be very indecisive. Jeff put on a clinic on how to sell a car and at the same time make a customer very happy through a series of e-mails, phone calls and eventually a purchase. Even though there is a 4 1/2 hour travel distance I will be calling Jeff when I start looking to replace my aging Honda Civic with a new Honda accord. That's how good I feel Jeff and Motor Cars Honda are! More
