A great asset Ramo left a voicemail on my phone a week ago. Because of his absence, I had to deal with another gentleman to my satisfaction. (A 2017 CR-V EX was pur Ramo left a voicemail on my phone a week ago. Because of his absence, I had to deal with another gentleman to my satisfaction. (A 2017 CR-V EX was purchased.) However Ramo and I had great interaction in the past, his return was more than welcome and his pro-active attitude was much appreciated. I had a confusion on a refund check for the last two months, during which I was traveling abroad most of the time. So, Ramo's coming back was timely. And he stood up to my issue and got it clarified/resolved within 2 days. Kudos to having such a great asset in your lineup! More

Should Have Been Much Better Stopped in to look at a used Honda Odyssey. Worked with Ramo, who's a nice guy but was unfortunately not knowlegeable about the vehicle I was testing- Stopped in to look at a used Honda Odyssey. Worked with Ramo, who's a nice guy but was unfortunately not knowlegeable about the vehicle I was testing-nore on this shortly. It was a good enough expierience to buy the van. Jim handled all the finance work and papers quickly and effectively, which seems to be rare at dealerships these days, He's another good guy. Out the door, the issues began. During the wait to have papers signed and the obligatory tour of the solar-powered lot and fancy service department, nobody took the time to detail the van. All the stickers had to be removed and the carpet cleaned on my own. Not a huge deal, as its a used vehicle, but the MAJOR issue was the dealership advertising the Odyssey had satellite radio (in its online ad, on the sticker and during the test drive). Turns out, the vehicle was only "satellite READY" and required a dealer-installed receiver. Hoping a dealership that had stellar reviews would bend over backward to make it right, I called the salesperson to address the problem. After an apology and a "let me talk to my manager," the used car sales manager, Vinson, called me and was so unbelieveably rude and condescending. I referenced dealership's high standards and could not believe that his only recourse was to ask for the vehicle to be returned. I asked to be made whole with the dealership installing the radio kit since it was their advertising mistake, but they flatly refused, offering me either $200 to do it myself or $250 toward their service department making the nearly $500 installation. I can't believe the owner of a longtime dealership with their advertising budget, high-tech service department and extravagant solar array would be SO CHEAP as to fight a customer over $500! In the end, I took the $200 because I don't ever want to deal with Motorcars again. If you must go there, see Ramo. He's a good guy who's wasting his skills working for Motorcars. He'd fit right in at Jay Honda in Bedford, a place that had my business before and will again. Same goes for Jim, he's a car sales lifer who knows his stuff. They can keep Vinson. More
