Easy and fair We were looking for a safe and reliable used car for our son to use for school. We were not going to buy the greatest and most expensive car on the lo We were looking for a safe and reliable used car for our son to use for school. We were not going to buy the greatest and most expensive car on the lot, just a good used car. Our salesman was Tyler Gilles. I have to say he was very good and a welcome break from typical car salesmen. He did not pressure us and was very willing to hear us out on our scope and goals. We never felt like he was up-selling us. He helped us find a good used Civic and was very easy work with throughout the process of sorting our trade and taking care of some minor work the new(er) car needed. There was never a feeling of frustration or hurry even when details of the transaction changed midway through the process. Honest, pleasant and fair process. More

Lack of Communication I worked with Sayed Raza over on the Toyota side since I started there, but the car I wanted was on the Honda side. I am very diasapointed in his serv I worked with Sayed Raza over on the Toyota side since I started there, but the car I wanted was on the Honda side. I am very diasapointed in his service. I felt rushed and during the buying process I had no idea what was going on. There was a lot of waiting, but I didn't know what I was waiting for or how long it may be. My car was supposed to be ready a certain day, but it wasn't and I never received a call. I had to call Sayed several times to finally get a call back. Both of the keys I was given had very low batteries. This was such a headache to stand in the heat with a baby for several minutes as I try to open my car by pressing many many times before it unlocks. When I picked up my car Sayed rushed me out of there. I felt I didn't have the time to make sure everything was in place. When I bought my car I dealt with the finance manager. He never thanked me for buying and I had to ask when to pay since I was writing a check. I had also worked with Derek Roberts on the Toyota side. He was very nice! He was also helpful and friendly. He was the only person that made me feel happy to have bought the car from you. If I could have just dealt with him that would have been amazing. I love my car, but it was very stressful to work with your team (minus Derek). I don't feel like my business was appreciated at all. More
