He then arranged to have our trade in appraised, again at a time convenient for us, and we negotiated the deal rather quickly. We made an appointment to finalize the deal, and we were in and out quickly without hassle. Everything promised was delivered and there were no surprises. I wish all the cars I bought were this easy. As a matter of fact, the only reason that I began going exclusively to Motorcars for the servicing my car is because of my experience with Georgiann and how I was so impressed by her. Before Georgiann and Motorcars, my repair experiences were not good at all and poor at best. Then, after going exclusively to Motorcars to service my car in addition to my great experience with Georgiann I realized how great the work on my car was -- I finally got my car fixed right the first time (again not my experience before) costing me less in the long run with no repeat of the same repairs. I often recommend Motorcars when asked telling others the same thing -- if they want good quality service go to the Motorcars dealership. Also, I can say for a fact the great Motorcars techs have never told me that I needed a repair that I did not need (again this was an all too common past experience); and, I am reassured by the fact that I will always get a proper diagnosis. I was handled by sales representative Shaul Janes who was excellent. He understood my needs exactly, he also put me at ease, and he has a wonderful sense of humor. He was just real, and friendly, knowledgeable and if he didn't know something, he was honest and went and found the answer, even if it was a day later.
