We came in knowing what we wanted to purchase, and walked away with exactly that. He explained the available models, but didn't put a lot of pressure on the upsell, which was appreciated. Somehow he was able give us a trade in value which was twice that of the Kelly Blue Book value of the 2003 car we brought in, which was a pleasant surprise. Jim, the finance manager, was also very easy to work with, and straightforward. He was patient while we ironed out some of the minor details. Overall a very competent crew. However, was not thrilled the way after test driving the way I was with my 2004 Civic. She and Chris suggested the HR-V. Found I love being up high and I preferred the smooth, quiet ride of the HRV, which I purchased. More
