She was able to get my lease payment to where I wanted it, and no BS. I feel like she was honest with me from the time that I'd submitted a quote request online. Don't be fooled by warranty recalls.. It is a ruse to try to Got a call that the air bags were bad and needed replaced. This was the end of the truth. We took in our car and got a laundry list and scare tactics to do an addition $1,700+ in urgent things declaring that the car was too unsafe to drive. They pressured and scared my wife. I decided to take the car to my regular mechanic that showed me most of what they said was not true nor urgent and if I did all they claimed would cost 1700 could be done for only 400. They did replace the air bags as promised but i could go without the scare tactics to take advantage of my wife. We need a new car and it will not be a Honda from these guys. Stay away! More

She responded to my inquiries on-line and was very accommodating. I was not bombarded with emails or phone calls, she just got in touch with me when she had new prospects. Vernell spent three hours with me, allowing to drive various cars. She was patient and was able to answer all of my questions. She never made me feel pressured into making a decision and this made me feel comfortable. She took her time with me and made me feel as if I was important and worth her time. I have already recommended some of my friends to check out Motorcars, especially after the TLC I was given. When it comes time for another new car, there is no doubt where I am going!
