He never made me feel any pressure, and the whole process ran very smoothly from start to finish. While the facility is beautiful, the customer service is at another level. Stress-Free Experience! I honestly had no intentions of purchasing a new car. Unfortunately the car I was driving gave me no other option. My parents visited Michael first t I honestly had no intentions of purchasing a new car. Unfortunately the car I was driving gave me no other option. My parents visited Michael first to do some preliminary work on my behalf (actually unbeknownst to me!) and he made the entire process a breeze. They presented him with a budget and an idea of what we were looking for and he gave them a list with some great options. Of course the car I decided I liked best had just come into the dealership and was not scheduled to be ready to show for another five days or so. I was planning on going the next night with my parents to see what they'd found. Michael had that car ready to go by the time I got there (approx 24 hours later) and worked out a very fair deal for us. There was still one item that needed to be addressed and by the time I had the car he had a service scheduled for a few days later and even picked it up at my job and left me with a loaner. Michael basically dropped everything he was doing and gave us his undivided attention over a two day period. He handled everything in the most professional manner, but with a great sense of humor! He made the entire process as stress-free as possible. I am grateful for my experience with Michael and I LOVE my car!!! I would absolutely recommend him to my friends! More

Very personable service with Rich Rich was a very helpful and down-to-earth salesman at Honda. He goes above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and happy while buying a car. Although I was not offered as much for my trade-in, he followed up with me and got a better price for my car and purchase price. He was very informative while driving the car on a test drive. He also set up my phone to the car's computer system so I could use the new feature right away. The process to buy the car was lengthy, probably due to a busy day of sales on the weekend, but he remained attentive throughout the process. He offered exceptional customer service. More
