Honda Civic Hatchback Years ago I purchased a car from Toyota Motorcars across the street, and had initially planned to go there. But a friend purchased a Civic from Michae Years ago I purchased a car from Toyota Motorcars across the street, and had initially planned to go there. But a friend purchased a Civic from Michael Lesko in the summer, and we were so impressed by his honesty and care (it was her first new car!) that I decided to go to Honda Motorcars myself. I had pleasant experiences, also, with Raj, and with the lease finance folks (can't remember name-Jim, perhaps?)--but it's really Michael who stands out. I'll admit, we had some frustrations (had to take the new civic back for a hatch issue right after purchase), but Michael was right there throughout. He called and spoke to me later than evening as well, is wonderfully available and never made me wait for a call or text. I look forward to getting my car back again--handles beautifully, so much pep! One last point: I know what I want; I am proficient in cars and have even worked on them. It was such a pleasure to work with a salesman who did not make assumptions based upon gender, who respected my knowledge. I didn't have to make a "grr" face even once! More
