Great Service and knowledgeable staff I was interested in purchasing a minivan, going back and forth between Honda Odyssey and Toyota Sienna. Ended up purchasing a Honda Odyssey because it I was interested in purchasing a minivan, going back and forth between Honda Odyssey and Toyota Sienna. Ended up purchasing a Honda Odyssey because it seems to have more safety features and more affordable than the Toyota Sienna. I worked with Adam Howe in person and John Hum through email correspondence. Both were very knowledgeable about the minivan and all the capabilities and accessories it has. The one main downside was once I agreed on the price of the Odyssey, I sat for an hour and a half waiting for the finance department. Once in with the financial person, it took five minutes to sign all the paperwork. If I would have known that I was going to sit and wait for an hour and a half, I would have left and signed papers when I was taking the van home. More

Excellent experience. All was efficient and organized I spoke with Joe in advance and advised him I did not have a lot of time to spend at the dealership. I arrived this morning at Motorcars, had a cup of coffee and what out the dealership in approx. 1 hour and 15 minutes. All that was promised was provided. Everyone was professional and cordial.
