When I showed up with a cash-crunch and a car coming off a lease, he actually listened to my needs and put them first. He patiently walked me through the options of the various cars on-hand that would fit my needs, and then made a deal happen. There were no shenanigans when I got to the finance office; the deal was exactly what we'd worked out, and I was done far more quickly than I would have expected. I hate shopping for cars, but this experience was among the best I've had. And two days later, after taking a few more quick looks on the internet, I still know I got a good deal and a great car.
