I love that he is so easily accessible by phone that I can call him and talk over my all needs and wants. He narrows right in on just what's right for me. He then went out of his way to ensure that my paperwork was prepared and my new CR-V was ready to view when I got to the dealership. And as a result, I didn't have to spend my entire Saturday at the dealership. Although my last lease was a Honda, I leased it through a different dealership. I came to Motorcar Honda so that I could work with Mike. Mike never lets me down!! And Ingrid in Finance was just delightful. I usually find the finance office dull and tedious - but not with Ingrid...she a hoot! More

Great buying experience at Motorcars! Joe Zingale was the ultimate professional. From the initial online contact to delivery, Joe was in close contact and answered all questions and took Joe Zingale was the ultimate professional. From the initial online contact to delivery, Joe was in close contact and answered all questions and took care of all pre-delivery details. This was especially important when we traveled from out of state to make the purchase. He did everything he could to make buying a new Honda a pleasant experience. I was very happy with my price and trade-in allowance. Come delivery time, Ingrid (Finance Manager) remained very friendly, happy, and courteous even though I opted out of any of the extras. This was such a breath of fresh air compared to other dealerships I've dealt with. Brian did 99% of everything for me over email and phone. (I already knew exactly which car I wanted.) For the entire process, I was physically at the dealership for a total of about 35 minutes between two visits: final test drive and delivery. Like I said, quick and easy! I will be going back to MotorCars Honda and will be calling Brian next time I'm looking for a car! More

Dealership is nice but bad experience with salesman I found a Honda HR-V on cars.com which was at the Motorcars Honda dealership. I submitted an online request for a call back and Jeff Berlin called me I found a Honda HR-V on cars.com which was at the Motorcars Honda dealership. I submitted an online request for a call back and Jeff Berlin called me within 15 minutes. We were talking about the vehicle and i explained that i am from Pittsburgh so for me to take the trip to Ohio we will need to adjust the price little bit as there are travelling expenses as well as double expenses with the plate registration. Jeff said he needs to discuss it with his manager. After couple more discussions we settled on the price and i scheduled my travel for the following day to pick up the vechicle. Once i got to the dealership with my wife and 3 kids Jeff showed us around, i was impressed how nice everything is. We had a 2 hour wait time as there were other people before us. Once it was time to sign all of the paperwork the price was not the one we agreed on. Jeff walked into Ingrid's (person handling the paperwork) office and when i questioned him about the price, he played like we never discussed it. He kept saying that we didn't talk about price adjustment, the most embarrassing monent in my life!!! I was ready to walk away but at the end he talked to his manager and made the adjustment. I really didn't appreciate the game of "let me see if the trick works." And if you forgot to talk to your manager beforehand, please take some responsibility and say so, don't play childish games of pretending that this was never discussed. If i return to the dealership i would certainly be dealing with another sales person. More
