I am a bank manager and I know how important service is. I also realize that it is tough to be perfect, particularly since most people have a different perception of what that looks like. Ultimately, my experience here resulted in my purchase of a vehicle, so I was relatively pleased. However, I also think it is important to give feedback as that is an important way for your dealership to get even better. Nick was very responsive to my internet inquiries. He got back to me with a fair price which is why I went to the dealership. I thought the way Nick handed us off to Adam was a little clunky and not well-explained. I believe he said it was because Adam had reached out to me first, but I had no communication with Adam and obviously had been communicating with Nick so that didnt seem sincere. Adam was incredible. He was professional, informative, patient, and accomodating. I'm not sure I could have asked for a better experience from him. Nick became involved again as we were negotiating the price. Although I truly despise the negotiating process, Nick was flexible and was willing to work with us to get a deal done. I am not positive who was there when we discussed financing. I remember both Nick and Adam being there at times when I explained the approval I had gotten from Capital One. We had a certificate for 2.49% from them. I remember asking them not to bother running credit from anyone else as I had the approval from Capital One for 2.49% and was confident, given our credit scores, that it was the best we could get. It came time to pick up our car and sign the paperwork. As we arrived, I received an alert on my credit report that I had 3 hard inquires. They were from your dealership. I was a bit upset about that as I know it will knock down my score a bit and I had specifically asked that we simply go through Capital One. Not entirely sure why that was ignored. As we sat down with Jim and began signing papers, I wanted to confirm that we were financing with Capital One and the rate was 2.49%. Jim indicated it was 2.97%. I was a bit perturbed as we had spent so much time negotiating price and i had mentioned the 2.49% several times. It was important in getting the payment where we needed it to be. So a simple phone call before we met to clear that up before we traveled to the dealership would have saved time and confusion. When I told him I wanted to call Capital One to get it fixed, that perhaps I simply needed to put more down, Jim proceeded to tell me that it didnt make a difference if the rate was higher as it was "simple interest" and all I needed to do was pay some extra to Capital One after we signed and it would work out the same. If I weren't insulted, I may have found it amusing that Jim was attempting to convince a bank manager that a higher interest rate over 6 years doesn't cost more money. Jim decided to debate it with me for a few minutes, which was a waste of our time. Ultimately, I got it straightened out and we signed for the 2.49%. Adam was then real helpful in showing my wife all the features of our new Pilot and making sure her phone was paired before we left. All in all, a reasonable experience, but I would have felt more positive about it without the hurdles in financing. That kind if thing can spoil a buying experience. Tighten that up, and I would highly recommend your dealership. More

Good experience with a great sales associate! Raj was great to work with. He was easy going and explained the difference between leasing and buying a used car. Bait and switch!! Agreed upon a price for a new car as well as a trade-in value with a sales rep via email. Clearly stated I was driving out of my way and wanted an agreed upon price before making the trip. I was told in writing they had the car in stock and would meet my price and trade in amount. Showed up that afternoon to purchase the car and was made to wait for 1.5 hours before being told they would not honor the quoted rate. Showed the manager a copy of the email where everything was clearly laid out and he refused to honor it saying the representative did not have his authorization to make that offer. Based on his complete lack of any attempt to make it right, it seemed clear this is a normal practice at this dealership and he was simply throwing Vernell under the bus by claiming she gave an unauthorized quote. They get people in the door with one rate and switch it at purchase time after they've wasted your entire afternoon. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS! More
