Many of my service appointments are routine, but with the amount of miles on my Honda, I occasionally have a "bigger" service. On my last appointment, I needed exhaust and brakes work plus a couple smaller items. Georgiann met me so early that I was the first customer there, and she had a rental waiting, same model as my car, which let me get on with my day with as much ease as possible. My car was ready earlier than I expected, and everything was completed as promised. I couldn't have asked for better service from Motorcars or Georgiann Perno! More

That meant there was lots of downtime for me. There was nothing for me to do except sit around and wait not sure why it took so long. More

Surprising Fun ! What a fun experience ! I had negotiated the price ahead of my visit with John and was only expecting to complete some boring paperwork at the dealers What a fun experience ! John was not feeling well and had to go home z(hope you are better!). Vernell met me at the dealership. She was so much fun to work with ! Vernell had me laughing out loud at times. We enjoyed small talk about kids and had some good laughs while others prep'd my new Pilot. I took a whack at the gong after completing the purchase which drew applause from around the dealership. The presentation of the car was over the top ! I won't go into details here so as not to spoil the surprise. I'll just say they made me feel like a rock star. More
