During the test drive, Andrew took time with us to explain in great lengths everything about the car that my daughter was interested in purchasing, Andrew was very patient as he explained the features of the car and its functionality. We will never forget signing day. Andrew went over and beyond to make my daughter's experience on the day she picked up her first new car very special . Signing Day - Saturday, October 15th, we will never forget that moment when Andrew opened the door where the new car was waiting for us: the disco lights, fog and we danced to the beat of the music. The fresh cut flowers placed inside the car added a very elegant touch. Also, it was exciting to be able to speak to the owner in person, to congratulate us. When I first arrived at the dealer, I mentioned to Joseph that I I`ve been looking for a car since June, looking for a best option and time to buy it. When I first arrived at the dealer, I mentioned to Joseph that I was not going to buy the car at that time and despite this, he was very nice and courteous, showed me the car, invited for a test drive and gave me a quote, with no pressure. After some months I finally decided to buy the car and got in touch with them. They matched the best price that I found (even from a dealer outside the city) and were very helpful with the dealing with banks. I`m glad at the end I had the best price, on a dealer close home with a lifetime warranty on powertrain. More

Michael Lesko took the time to help me explore all my options and land on the one that was best for my finances and life. Michael picked me up from work a couple of times so we could look over numbers and vehicles. He made sure I was comfortable with my decision and was patient and helpful while I weighed all my options. I ended up with a new Honda Civic and have been so happy with it. Right decision, and right person to go to! Above and beyond service. I will be coming back to the dealership for my tune-ups and will recommend it to friends and family! More

Got the vehicle I wanted Purchased a used 2016 Ford Escape from Motorcars Honda. The cleaning and detailing of the car when I picked it up was terrible. The mirrors and inside windows were water spotted as was the inside trim. The experience of purchasing the new car was good; the experience trading in my old vehicle not so much. I was told that I received way less (almost half) than what Kelly Blue Book had estimated because of the high mileage and a dent in the back bumper that would need repaired. Imagine my surprise when I see my old car on their website stating that it has low miles and it doesn't look like they even repaired the dent....they will be making a pretty profit off my car. I should have kept it and sold it myself. Jim in finance was good to work with. He explained everything in detail as I was signing all the paperwork. More
