Believe it or not, he made an extraordinary effort in explaining the pros and cons of each and every accessory out there for the vehicle. On top of that, he took a great deal of time and effort to get the best prices possible for all the accessories and parts. I was more than just happy when I picked up my car from the service center every single time. In addition, Jay was also very prompt in keeping me updated about the progress and delivered more than I had even expected every single time.
