Friendly Reassuring Phone Service I called the service center on August 11 on my way home from work in a terrible storm. Sharon answered the phone. I was panicked because I was attempting to make a service appointment for the next day. Sharon told me that there were no available service appointments for the 12th. Because I work in the Cleveland Heights area, I wanted an appointment the following Monday. Sharon scheduled me and discussed with me service specials. She also calmed me when I described what it was like driving in the storm. Sharon has great customer service skills. Incidentally, on Monday the 12th I was running late for my service appointment because of construction traffic and called the service center, I was frustrated because I thought I might lose my appointment. Sharon answered. She reassured me that it was Ok that I was running late and she rescheduled my appointment to a later time. She was so friendly and helpful. Once again GREAT customer service. More

He patiently explained the new safety options and worked to find a car with exactly the options, including color, I wanted.
