I'm on my nineteenth Honda from your dealership and I have been delighted with the vehicles and the service I have received even through all your moves, starting on lee rd. Two weeks ago I was on the highway traveling to DC for an appointment at the whitehouse and I had a mechanical issue and called your service department and was put through emidiatly to Gorgian. I explained the situation to her and a mechanic was put on the phone, who told me explicitly what to do. I followed the instructions and the issue was corrected. The result of this is that no matter where I am, I have always been accommodated by your staff, I wish that I knew who was on the phone with me so I could give him this credit. Georgiann is an asset to this dealership and goes above and beyond every single time, and that goes back twenty eight years!! I have done, in my younger years, voice advertising and have been in Cleveland magazine promoting motorcade Honda, and it was my pleasure to do that because of what your dealership has done for me. Incompetence Brought a Honda Pilot in for a transmission fluid change on Saturday afternoon July 22. On Tuesday we noticed transmission fluid leaking from the vehi Brought a Honda Pilot in for a transmission fluid change on Saturday afternoon July 22. On Tuesday we noticed transmission fluid leaking from the vehicle. We took the Pilot back to the dealer where the service writers first response was it it probably a defective part. Turned out that the fill plug on the transmission was missing. Either it was not replaced at the end of the service or not tightened sufficiently and vibrated loose. The plug was not in stock so we were told we had to wait until Thursday evening to pick up the Pilot. At 7 pm on Thursday, we were informed that the wrong part was ordered. So what was their solution? They took a transmission fill plug off of one of their rental cars and used it to repair our Pilot. This is extremely poor customer service by both the service technician and the parts department. More

Warranty service We purchased a new Honda Odyssey in 2005 at MotorCars Honda in Cleveland Heights, Ohio. We have had all of the service done on the Odyssey at MotorCa We purchased a new Honda Odyssey in 2005 at MotorCars Honda in Cleveland Heights, Ohio. We have had all of the service done on the Odyssey at MotorCars, primarily at the MotorCars Downtown Cleveland Service Center where we have had terrific experience working with David and Denise. They and their colleagues have taken great care of our Odyssey and our Fit. Most recently, the airbag dashboard indicator remain lit in our Odyssey. I took it into the Downtown Service Center and David Kennedy diagnosed the issue. He referred me to the Cleveland Heights service center as the work required the ordering of a part and was under warranty. I made an appointment via phone with a helpful phone operator at MotorCars. I brought the car in this morning and was promptly assisted by the staff; C'ontae Prescott was my Service Consultant for this service call and was very helpful and informative. I waited while the work was done and enjoyed the amenities of the MotorCars customer lounge. The service was completed within the time frame that C'ontae predicted and was free because it was warranty work. I was surprised that the warranty would cover the seatbelt buckle replacement considering that my Odyssey is 11 years-old and has 196,000 miles on it. The service today also included a complementary multi-point inspection. C'ontae was very helpful throughout the process. In 30+ years of car ownership, I have had the chance to work with many reputable and professional car dealers and service centers. MotorCars is BY FAR the best car dealer/service organization that I have ever encountered. My compliments to the entire staff, especially the Downtown Service Center and the Service Center staff in Cleveland Heights. More
