He was very knowledgeable about the car and pointed out various details about the car. Cobra was very patient and did not pressure me at all. He was very accommodating. Even after I informed him that I was looking at several other models. He was very open and found a model of another car I intended to look at for a test drive. Cobra was able to get me what I wanted at the price I wanted. I woke up the next day very please with my purchase. Also, Jim Waterwash, Finance Manager was extremely nice and lots of fun. Shopped 4 dealers, Motorcars was the lowest by $700 I purchased a 2016 CRV from John Hum. I don't recall being as "at ease" with a salesman as I was with John. I knew what I wanted when I went in the I purchased a 2016 CRV from John Hum. I don't recall being as "at ease" with a salesman as I was with John. I knew what I wanted when I went in there. We spent more time talking about the Cavs than we did about the car. He gave me a price that was $700 lower than the best offer I had received. He moved the process along efficiently. I was impressed how he didn't act like a salesman. I would recommend him in a minute. Just make sure you get offers from other dealers first so John knows what he's up against. Vince in finance was awesome too. He tries to sell you all the usual stuff, but he makes it easy to say no. He offers it because he has too. He was very good and made me comfortable in an environment that is sometimes intimidating. Overall, I would recommend Motorcars to anyone. More
