Fantastic service and knowledgeable (not pushy) sales rep I bought my 2006 Civic coupe from Rick Case Honda in Cleveland about six years ago, and had a great experience there at the time. So when my wife and I found out we were having a baby, I knew I would need a bigger car with four doors. I went back to Rick Case Honda for an appraisal on my Civic, just to see what the trade value would be, not looking to buy. My experience was very different than it was in 2010, and in spite of me making it very clear that I had no intention of buying or even beginning to look that day, everyone I spoke with seemed interested in trying to sell to me while I was there. So I decided to go to Motorcars Honda, where both my father and brother bought their last cars. I met with Vernell Ivy, and explained the same situation to her: that I was not interested in buying yet, and was only looking to find out how much my car was worth so I had a starting point. She was the exact opposite of the sales reps at Rick Case. She waited with me while my car was being appraised, and simply had normal conversation with me. She waited for me to begin talking about my situation and why I was beginning this process, and offered to answer any questions I might have, without trying to talk me into buying anything while I was there that day. From there, I had a few email conversations with her, and decided to come back to test drive a few vehicles. I was debating between a 2016 Honda CR-V and Toyota RAV4 Hybrid (Motorcars Toyota is right across the street, so she was able to help with both). I am a researcher, which means that I don't make any big decisions without thoroughly investigating and asking a ton of questions. Not only did Vernell answer all my questions through several weeks worth of back and forth emails, but she was always very quick to respond, and never seemed irritated or pushy. I ended up leasing the 2016 CR-V, and Vernell was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. It was nice to find someone who actually listened to what I was looking for, and didn't try to talk me into a sale I didn't want. I would highly recommend working with her to anyone who is looking for a new car. More

I really appreciated his willingness to let me work through my apprehensions of buying a new car after 11 years. He gave me all the time I needed to make a thoughtful comfortable decision for myself. He showed me around the showroom and answered a wide range of car questions--and some non-car questions too. (Reminds me a little of Bert Weiss who sold or leased me Accords and Civics over many years; high praise in my view). A week later I made an appointment and with Shaul and test drove a CRZ which I ended up purchasing--a slightly eccentric choice was mine and only time will tell whether it was the right choice. Everyone I dealt with at the dealership was friendly, and helpful and I never felt pressured in any way. I am very aware of Motorcars ongoing commitment to the city of Cleveland Heights reflected in current construction and the way that expansion addresses serious environmental issues. Keep doing what you are doing! More

I loved my Accord and when it reached 164K miles, it was no longer beneficial to keep repairing the increasing issues. Within a day or two Ms. Donna Lester, Sales Manager, found the perfect replacement: a 2012 Honda Accord with only 44,500 miles. I am ecstatic and will continue to be a loyal customer and part of the Motorcars family. I have and will continue to refer anyone looking for a vehicle. More
