Best new car buying experience i have had. i recently worked with Vernell Ivy buying a 2016 Honda Pilot EXL.. This was by far the best experience i have had buying a new vehicle. Vernell worke i recently worked with Vernell Ivy buying a 2016 Honda Pilot EXL.. This was by far the best experience i have had buying a new vehicle. Vernell worked up a fair price on the new vehicle and got me a more than fair price on my trade. There was no going back and forth or disputing anything. We had the deal done in about 15 minutes. When we went back to pick up the vehicle it was completely detailed as promised and Vernell spent a lot of time going over all the features and how to use them. She put no pressure on me and executed the sale perfectly. After a very poor experience at another dealer just days before Vernell service and attention to detail reminded how a customer should be treated all the time. 2016 Honda Civic I recently leased (for the first time) a 2016 Honda Civic EX. As soon as I walked through the door, Raju Cobra snatched me right up and sat me at his I recently leased (for the first time) a 2016 Honda Civic EX. As soon as I walked through the door, Raju Cobra snatched me right up and sat me at his desk to go over different cars. I was intending to buy a used vehicle within a certain budget and was given a lot of information as to why leasing a brand new one may be a better fit. I decided to lease and was sent out that day with a beautiful automobile. Cobra was very helpful and knowledgeable about every car we went over. I left feeling like I am being taken care of.
