My daughter was ready to purchase her first car and had been looking for a Honda Accord with specific requirements for months...one owner, no accident My daughter was ready to purchase her first car and had been looking for a Honda Accord with specific requirements for months...one owner, no accidents, less than 100,000 miles and at a cost she could afford. She contacted other Honda dealerships who informed her that a car like that would be very difficult to find. Late one evening, my daughter found the car she was looking for online. I emailed the dealership and received an immediate response that someone would contact me in the morning. Joe Z contacted emailed me at 8:00 a.m. that he would call me shortly. He called a short time later, and after discussing details briefly, we made the drive to Motorcars and met him at noon. We drove out of the dealership at 2:00 p.m. with my daughter in her dream car at the cost she could afford. Joe even followed up later that week with a phone call and letter. My daughter's experience left her to say, "That was way easier than I thought it would be." Needless to say, we will making the trip to see Joe when my husband and I need our next vehicle. More
