Most important, there was no pressure on me to make a purchase decision (which took me several months), to up-sell dealer add-ons, or anything else. Joe kept in touch, but wasn't calling every week like sales people from other brands I was considering did. All of the other people I dealt with in the process (discussing financing, etc.) were equally friendly, professional, and not pushy. More
