I would definitley go see her again and have recommended her to anyone in the market for a new car. I did not have as great of an experience with the individual who did my financing. I worked with Gloria to get the price of the car down and was very happy at the number we got to, which was exactly as high as I wanted to go. When I met with the finance guy, he presented all the different add on options. I understood the value in everything he presented, but did not budget for the additional monthly costs. When I explained this, he began speaking to me in a rude and placating tone as if I had no idea what I wanted. This is the 4th time I have leased a car and I am very aware of what I do an don't need. "Excellent/Honest" Saleman I have been a loyal Honda customer since 1997. I have bought my vehicles from several different dealerships over the years. My last 2 vehicles I hav I have been a loyal Honda customer since 1997. I have bought my vehicles from several different dealerships over the years. My last 2 vehicles I have bought from JOE B. at Motorcars.... Joe B. gave me more money then the other 2 dealerships offered me for my trade in on the first deal. I could tell Joe B. was honest, professional and "went above and beyond" to win my business and make me a happy customer... I immediately felt comfortable with Joe and knew Motorcars was the dealership for me.... This time when Honda was offering 0.9% financing I called Joe B. and asked him what he could do for me on my trade in to purchase a new 2016 Odyssey. Once again Joe was hardworking, honest and gave me a great deal on my second Odyssey. This time Joe was the only one I went to. It was clear on both purchases I not only had the "right salesperson" but the "right dealership" to work with. Once again my second deal with Joe was everything he promised me and more. Joe promised he would transfer my Honda trailer/bike rack from my old van to my new van. He did this even after he found out it was going to be in the service dept. for several hours. There was no extra charge to me for this time as he promised. He told me and put it in writing that the transfer of the trailer/bike rack would be included in the deal. My original van was in the service dept. most of the day but this was Motorcars and Joe B. going "above and beyond" for their customers. I will continue to go back to Joe B. for my new car needs. Motorcars and Joe B. are VERY easy to work with and have made me very happy. My buying experience was very pleasant and easy from beginning to end...
