Helpful, informative, and amazing prices! I had a superb experience at Motorcars Honda! I came to the dealership thinking they would be like all the other dealerships around with high prices a I had a superb experience at Motorcars Honda! I came to the dealership thinking they would be like all the other dealerships around with high prices and pushy salespeople. That was not the case at all. All the vehicles I checked out were well below the fair market value, because I would constantly check on my phone as I looked at each vehicle. The staff were all helpful and friendly. I did not feel uncomfortable or feel like I was being pushed to buy a car. I walked out with a perfect condition used car and they all helped me through the process. There were no miscellaneous fees or any doubt that I possibly got ripped off. I'm glad I made the hour drive to the dealership and will definitely go there when I buy my next vehicle. I recommend everyone to at least check it out and you will all see what I mean. Sixth Torres was the salesman I went through the process with and I highly recommend him! Five stars for sure! More

I was also very impressed with the benefits packages that were offered. I was driving my new to me car in 4 days of beginning my car search at Honda. It was a surprisingly pleasant experience. More

Delight and Surprise. I was welcomed very promptly and directed to my sales person, Joe. Joe was very helpful in getting me able to get me to test drive the auto. I realize it wasn't something that they carry often, but Joe was very helpful in getting me the information that I needed. I also changed my stance on the purchase and decided to put a trade in of my current vehicle and they were helpful in getting that taken care of as well. There were a few issues with the repair of the vehicle, a few scratches on the hood, a rattle from the convertible top, and finally the top was not fully connected in the back section of the auto. They corrected all of those issues. I was in the understanding they were ordering a part but they were able to fix it without the part. They did use a silver screw in the black part to hold it into place. Only noticeable if you were looking for it, I suppose. But the rattle was gone. The work on the scratches was pretty awesome. And the repair to the attachment of the convertible top to the auto in the rear was very good. Was a bit surprised when I took the car into a mini dealer to have winter tires put on it to find there was a bubble in the passenger front tire. Also found out the car was missing the compact spare tire and several of the parts required to replace the a tire in the event of a flat. Thought that would be something that would have been mentioned but never was during the selling process. I should have inspected underneath the auto before I purchased the vehicle but they had told me the car went through an inspection process. I made the assumption a spare tire would have been present. So the combination of the bubble in the tire and the missing spare, causes me to question the inspection process. THE DELIGHT: Overall, Joe was very helpful and was open to suggestions and the 10000 questions I had in regards to the purchase of the vehicle. I would give him 5 stars. Ingrid also was amazing in ensuring the fiance portion was taken care of completely and was very through. I also had met several great people along the way. The staff was very respectful and accommodating THE SURPRISE: Unfortunately, due to the issue with the missing spare tire and spare tire parts, and the bubble in the tire, I cannot recommend Motorcars a 5 at this time. More

Great Experience Jeff Berlin was fantastic. I went to Motorcars because they have a great reputation locally, and even though I was on a limited budget and looking to Jeff Berlin was fantastic. I went to Motorcars because they have a great reputation locally, and even though I was on a limited budget and looking to buy used and cheap, I didn't feel like I wasn't being taken seriously. Jeff went with me to the mechanic's for the inspection and listened to and then addressed their concerns in a calm, empathetic and efficient manner. He cut me a nice deal within my budget and also set up 2 new tires and a new timing belt for the car at a satisfactorily reduced price. I'm delighted with my experience here and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends and acquaintances. More
