Being from Pittsburgh, I decided that I would take a chance and drive to Cleveland and with any luck I would be driving it home. Joe Zignale was great and very helpful over the phone by talking texting, and he even sent me a video. When I arrived there on a Saturday morning, I was very impressed with the beautiful showroom and the covered outside lot as well as the helpful a n friendly staff. I bought the car, banged the gong, and had a smile on my face all the way back home. Thanks Joe! Cleveland may have a lot to learn about football (Go Steelers!) but motorcars Honda has it has it all together when it comes to sales, friendliness selection, and customer service. Thanks again to Joe Zignale and Kevin Hudack for putting me in my dream car!!! More

Shaul Janes is dedicated to excellent customer service Shaul was phenomenal in helping me find the car I wanted. I had a deal from another dealership and I had to drive an hour an a half that evening afte Shaul was phenomenal in helping me find the car I wanted. He quickly located the car and arranged for me to get my new lease just a few days later.
