I began wanting a FIT, then became interested in the Mazda subcompact SUV and ended up purchasing the Honda HR-V. Andrew provided me with useful comparative information about the various vehicles and assisted me with test drives of the FIT and HR-V. He knows the Honda vehicles well and is accessible and responsive by text and phone to answer questions. I have had the car for only one month so I have not yet used the service department. I do look forward to being able to get service in Cleveland Heights and not drive to the Bedford Auto Mile! More
