I was completely mortified and in a panic, but when my car was towed to Motorcars in Cleveland Heights, I couldn't have been more grateful and relieved to find this oasis on the Eastside. My car buying experience with Joe Zingale and Kevin Hudak was pleasantly unexpected and a surprisingly smooth transition as well. They were both very patient and understanding during my somewhat stressful ordeal. Joe really went above and beyond to make sure all my needs were met, and Kevin was very calm and helpful during the entire process. Sherman Thomas at the body shop was extremely considerate of my time and helped expedite the insurance paperwork so I could get back on the road as soon as possible. The customer service I received was superb, the absolute best I've ever had in any dealership in a long time. I would definitely recommend adding Motorcars to the top of your shopping list! More
