Know what you want, as well as what you can afford when you walk in the door and I'm certain you'll leave happy. The total time spent at the dealership, including vehicle prep and signing paperwork was just over two hours. Kudos to Ingrid in finance for changing how I feel about "signing my life away". She was able to explain each paper signed with clarity and in layman's terms. While I do not know the gentleman's name that rounded up my car and prepped it, still many thanks are extended his way as well. And top it all off when I got in my new car to depart for home, I was pleasantly surprised to see three beautiful roses in a vase. It was their small way of saying 'thank you for choosing us". Joe Zingale took over and we took a 2015 CRV for a test drive, although I originally went to buy a 2016 CRV, I was given an excellent deal on a 2015 CRV which I ended up buying. Joe Zingale was very attentive and patient and answered all my questions. They made the whole car buying experience a fun one. The Lounge is amazing and beautiful. I would definitely buy from these two gentleman again. When I came to pick up the CRV it was beautifully detailed and to my surprise there were roses in the front seat..
