He was extremely patient with my grandmother whose last automobile purchase was 13 years ago. Michael listened to my grandmother's needs and budget to find the perfect car for her and even spent at least 1.5 hours in the car explaining the features and cellphone dialing/speed-dial to my grandmother. The HR-V came ready for pick-up with roses in the cup holder much to my grandmother's delight. Thank you Michael for treating my grandmother so well. Michael even hand delivered touch-up paint for my CRV directly to my house. My family loves Motorcars! More
