Gloria was patient and detailed oriented in the way she described all my options in acquiring a Honda Civic. She answered all of my questions and made me feel very much at home. She worked with me to ensure I was getting the best deal. I didn't have to wait to be seen and was able to take paperwork home to make an informed decision. The next day when I called Gloria that I was ready to lease a new Civic, she ensured that all the paper work was ready and my closing process would be quick and efficient. She took care of EVERYTHING - calling my insurance agent, having the new car clean and ready upon arrival and having Finance ready. Gloria went way above anything I've experienced before in client service. She showed me the bells and whistles of the car and wouldn't leave until I was in my car and off the lot. THANK YOU GLORIA. MOTORCARS is LUCKY TO HAVE YOU. Jim in Finance was a SUPER pleasure to deal with. He had all the papers organized and flowed smoothly. He was able to explain it all to me in great detail and with patience. I had my 11 - year old daughter who was able to understand what was going on and was able to not only get one of Jim's famous flower balloons but Jim sent more home for the other siblings so that no one would feel bad! Jim is a great addition to the MOTORCARS team and I wish him success. This was a super awesome experience and I'll be sure to tell everyone I know about it!! More
