He was very patient with our questions and with the process of pondering the pros and cons of the various used cars. He discussed all of the features of each car and took us on several test drives, without pressuring us or making us feel we had to commit to one or the other. When we did finally choose our car, he had a bouquet of flowers sitting in the front seat for our daughter, along with a picture of a harp on the dashboard, since he knew she is a harpist!! Talk about going the extra mile!! Needless to say, she was thrilled and so were we! It's a great car, we're very happy with our purchase and very appreciative of working with Shaul. More
