Let me explain- I was home from college and saved up enough money to put down to buy my first car. I don't wear the best of clothes and kinda look like I don't have money to spend- well, because I don't. Motorcars Honda treated me with dignity and respect. They gave me a price which I then took and shopped only to discover their price was not only competitive but quite workable on my college budget. (Thank goodness my parents still love me!) Two years ago, when I was in pain and needed a comfortable car that I could afford, Gloria found the exact match to my needs with what I wanted and none of what I didn't. She listened to me! Months later, after my surgery, Gloria call me to see how I was doing and learned now that I'm doing well, I actually prefer a smaller car but trading in at that point was impractical. But she remembered my preferences and when a deal on a car I'd like came up, Gloria ran the numbers and called me. She was right on and I bought the car that day! I was a little iffy on the sunroof, but Gloria thought it would be good for me. She was right again - I already love it. I could go on about how pleasant it is to deal with Gloria and the rest of the staff at Motorcars Honda. All are polite, helpful, non-pushy, and pleasant. I feel safe there, like I'm among friends. And the service department is FABULOUS!! More

Brian and Vernell were great about doing as much as they could over the phone and really working with my schedule. They made sure I didn't exceed my budget but was still happy with my new car. I went in and spent no more than 15 minutes! I received follow up to ensure that I was still happy which really means a lot. It's great to know that a dealership wants you to be happy. Worth the 260K Miles trip! I recently travel from Northern Kentucky, to Motor Car Honda Dealer to buy a 2004 Honda Odyssey! I was a Little bit skeptical at the beginning because I didn't know what to expect,, but after I left the place I was very please for the service that they provided me. Shaul was a very friendly and helpful in the process. He even picked me up in Downtown Cleveland. (Since I had to ride the bus to there), so After a 520 Miles round trip, I'll say, it was worth, and I'll do it again the next time I have to buy a car, because there service is excellent. Car wise; Very good! it was what I expected, a week after that, We went to the Smokies and, boy! The car runs great. So I will definitely recommend this dealer to any one!!! More

I don't blame Andrew for this, there were a lot of people with the same idea as myself. Motorcars was pretty busy with sales on Saturday afternoon. Motorcars made the whole experience seem special by displaying my new car in the showcase room on their lower level with disco lights and music. They even gave me a vase with roses. Overall, it was a great experience and I will most likely be back when I'm in the market for a new car. More
