When it came time to discuss price, negotiating was a painless process as well. They were willing to negotiate a few things here and there so that both sides were satisfied. I saw the scratches and agreed that they could repair them and I would be satisfied with that. I am not sure if I can post another review once the repairs are done. Paul Grinold is a knowledgeable, personable salesman and we were happy to buy a car from him. Your whole staff was awesome, even guys who had nothing to do with the sale stopped by to ask us how the experience was going. I had very unpleasant experience the first time around couple of years back, specifically with their finance person. Somehow I came back and met their excellent product specialist Syed Raza, who took time and effort over couple of weeks to answer and communicate with me all my queries and requirements, with lots of patience and respect. He also made sure that their general sales manager Brian Zent and sales manager Donna Lester were involved in the process from beginning. Brian was just great and restored my faith back in motorcars honda by his very personalized, friendly and easygoing attitude. He made sure that my requirements were met to my satisfaction. I am glad that motorcars has got rid of those who had made my earlier experience unpleasant (and I am sure for others too) and I hope that the change in management style showed by Brian continues at motorcars to make the car buying experience pleasant, customer-oriented and hassle-free, like mine this time around. She is very personable and made the whole transaction was easy once we arrived. Not being familiar with Motorcars Honda I kept waiting for the rug to be pulled out from under our feet and for a different, higher then quoted price to magically appear. It didn't happen. In fact the final out the door price was about ten dollars less than what I had been quoted over the internet. The real test of a dealership though is if something goes wrong or unexpectedly. My new van wouldn't start and then ran rough when it did.This was three days after I brought it home. I called Vernell. She immediately dispatched a tow truck to collect it. Then after the service department was done with it she drove it out to our house (30 miles) to drop it off. Thank you Vernell and Motorcars Honda for getting me a great deal on my new Odyssey and for being truly dedicated to customer service. More

Surprisingly Simple! Paul Grinold went above and beyond in making our new car lease so simple! There was no pressure to buy or uncomfortable sales guy small talk. He was down to earth and seemed more like a friend or a relative then a sales person.
