She is very personable and made the whole transaction was easy once we arrived. Not being familiar with Motorcars Honda I kept waiting for the rug to be pulled out from under our feet and for a different, higher then quoted price to magically appear. It didn't happen. In fact the final out the door price was about ten dollars less than what I had been quoted over the internet. The real test of a dealership though is if something goes wrong or unexpectedly. My new van wouldn't start and then ran rough when it did.This was three days after I brought it home. I called Vernell. She immediately dispatched a tow truck to collect it. Then after the service department was done with it she drove it out to our house (30 miles) to drop it off. Thank you Vernell and Motorcars Honda for getting me a great deal on my new Odyssey and for being truly dedicated to customer service. More

The quality of the work has been excellent, and I have always felt that the work they advised doing was indeed work that ought to be done (they don't add on "extras"). So, now it's time to buy a car, and of course, we went to Motorcars first. Shaul Janes has been helping us with the hunt. He's been very friendly and helpful, and has gone out of his way to give us access to vehicles that were stored off the main site. He has also been quite helpful with his suggestions and comments about various possible vehicle options for us. We have not made a decision yet, but when we're ready for the next step, we will definitely seek out Shaul's help, again. More
