John was attentive, kind, personable, and knowledgable. He gave us honest and fair advice, he was respectful of our time and worked within our parameters. He kept us informed about new inventory and inquired about the new addition to our family over the course of nearly four months. We chose Motorcars because of the location of the dealership initially and we knew we were going to finance a CRV because of Honda's reputation. John made our entire experience during a pretty hectic time in our lives, not only painless but pleasant. John is a real person, not your typical car salesman, and treated us like people, not just potential buyers. We are grateful and we love our new CR-V. More

The car wasn't quite ready because Georgiann wanted to get a recall (airbag) repair taken care of while the car was in the shop. To help keep my 9-year-old daughter occupied during the wait, she offered a vending machine token, which allowed us to enjoy a Sprite. After a short wait, the car was ready. During checkout Georgiann made both me and my daughter smile with excellent customer service and three smile stickers on our write-up. Keep it up Georgiann! More
They Truly Mean "Customers for Life"! They really mean it - "Customers for Life"! If you're still not sold, then let me take you back about 7 years ago. Back then, I was voluntarily They really mean it - "Customers for Life"! If you're still not sold, then let me take you back about 7 years ago. Back then, I was voluntarily in the market for a new vehicle as was urged to give Motorcars Honda a try. I must say at first I was uneasy about changing car lines. Not only was it suggested to me to strongly consider a car within the Honda family, I was also assured that Motorcars would take care of me - like family. Sure enough, they did. After making the switch from a life of, more or less, driving a GM, I found myself behind the wheel of a pre-owned Acura. Joe Bencivenni (Joe B) was my salesman. But shortly thereafter, I experienced an unforeseen issue with the transmission. And it was to the extent that really nobody felt should have happened. In fact, it was extremely rare, based upon my research. That's when Motorcars stepped in to help the family member in need. Because Motorcars felt so strong about their products, and even more so about their customers, and because they felt as if they had truly let me down - Motorcars assisted me where possible in getting the necessary repairs and replacement parts so I could once again feel confident about my purchase, and get me back out onto the road again. Very rare circumstance. Even more rare, and over-the-top, customer service. Fast forward to present day: Last week, that same car finally, and very unexpectedly, gave out to the point that I had no choice but to consider something else. Yes, I absolutely got my money's worth out of it. But I was still stunned. I was fully expecting to put money back into my car and get it back into form. I wasn't expecting to start all over again. So without hesitation, I immediately headed back to Motorcars Honda. To my surprise, I was reunited with Joe B once again. After relating my story, Joe immediately took me under his wing and began the process of simplifying my thought process and needs. It wasn't easy. Like I stated, I had no idea I would be sitting at his desk that day considering the purchase of another vehicle. Soon, we were talking about a lease on a brand new 2015 Honda Civic. A lease? Me? I came in to buy a car, not lease one. In fact, I've never leased a vehicle before. But Joe took the time to calm me down and assess my entire situation. Turns out, I'm a perfect candidate for a lease. My commute to my part-time job is extremely minimal, and my full time work allows me to commute from my bedroom to my home office on foot. And with all other things considered, for me personally, it was the best fit based on my needs and criteria. Joe, and even Chuck, worked really hard on my behalf to take care of me, and Joe stayed late to welcome me to my new car as I was one of the last customers that evening to complete my paperwork. And all the while, from start to finish, I really felt welcome, at home, and sincerely appreciated to be a part of the Motorcars family. Without a doubt, I am a Customer for Life! So if you find yourself in need of another vehicle, go see Joe B and tell him I sent you. You won't be disappointed. We know that Robbie will find us the Honda we want at a fantastic price. He doesn’t try to sell us more car than we require. His professionalism, product knowledge, and commitment make him a pleasure to work with. Although there is a Honda dealership closer to our house, we go to Motorcars Honda because of Robbie and the extra effort he puts into making sure we have what we need. Robbie has sold Hondas to about 10% of the families on our street. It looks like a Honda parade as people come home from work.
