Motorcars delivers awesome service! I recently purchased a Odyssey from Motorcars Honda. It came with a 3 mo 3,000 warranty. Prior to the end of the warranty the check engine light came I recently purchased a Odyssey from Motorcars Honda. It came with a 3 mo 3,000 warranty. Prior to the end of the warranty the check engine light came on for a bad switch. I took the car in, they took a look and found the problem. They weren't able to fix the car that day so they made sure I had a loaner car to get me by, good thing too because my wife is due any minute. Stephanie was the one taking care of us that day. She went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed, she called when the car was finished, as promised, and had it fixed the day she promised. She was exactly the kind of person who really makes you feel good about where you choose to buy and have your car serviced. Stephanie even gave my boy a toy car and a cookie... super sweet! When my husband and I arrived, the sales person we asked for was not available. A nice man stopped and talked "engines" with my husband while we waited. After a short wait, he said: " I guess you're stuck with me." I couldn't have been happier - Andrew Chiarelli took great care of us and I was more than happy with the whole deal - from the initial contact to the drive off the lot!
