Even with all incentives, no other dealership could beat the price and quality we recieved from Motorcars Honda. Not only did we drive away with a great car, but we really appreciated the service and attention we recieved from the staff at Motorcars Honda. Micheal Lesko and Nick Najdusak really took the time to understand our needs as well as the budget we were working with, and worked very hard to find a perfect fit for our family! Their customer care was unequaled at any other dealership we shoped at. At all times we felt comfortable and never felt as though we were being taken advantage of. When we drove away with a new car, we knew we were driving away in the right car for us. Rich Klimkowski and Motorcars did everything humanly possible to provide us with the very best car, pricing, terms, etc that would meet all of our very complicated needs. Rich related to us not just as customers but as human beings he cares about and is highly motivated to help. We had no idea that a sales experience could be so wonderful, with the salesperson and the company helping us while standing on our side rather than just trying to 'sell'. Rich took the time and care - without even a hint of impatience - to explain to us all the different options and help us reason carefully through what would work best for us. He also took all the time we needed to step us through understanding the car and its features. The day that we picked up the car, after having leased it and signed everything, happened to be our anniversary, and when we picked up the car Rich had even left us a beautiful vase of flowers inside the car to help us celebrate our anniversary! Amazing to discover a salesperson who relates to us as a real friend. After we took the car home he has also followed up to make sure that we have everything we need and that everything is well. My vehicle's battery died recently on a freezing cold, dark night while at work (though we never did figure out why; probably my fault though I will never admit to it). Andrew got in his car, came to my office, jumped the battery, and then followed up the next day to make sure it was working. This is above and beyond what anyone could reasonably expect, but I think it is very characteristic both of Andrew, and the type of service Motorcars provides. That's why we don't shop anywhere else.
