He was polite, understanding, and a fellow Vet. He went over all the gadgets in the vehicle and ensured all pairing of electronics and such occurred. I had a really good experience all the way around, from beginning to end. Since my family and friends are in Ohio, I would definitely recommend Andrew to them.
