My first time with Foundation Honda is beyond expectation. At first I didn't see the car I want on the website but Sophal was able to get it for me eventually. Our family is growing so my husband and I knew that we would need to transition to a mini van. One morning we both decided to take a chance and just browse the Honda Odyssey. After a google search we landed at Foundation Honda and we were set up with Raywood Hall. When we woke up that morning we had no idea that we would purchase a brand new mini van that same day. That’s what happened- we walked in there with nothing but curiosity, and we walked out of there with a brand new vehicle. That’s how excellent the customer service is at this location. Ray listened attentively to our budget and our needs. It seemed that he genuinely wanted to make this work for us so he never once came off as pushy or aggressive trying to get his sale for the day. He was patient and very hard working. We had a great experience at this dealership. We are very pleased with this brand new vehicle and how hard they worked to fit it in our budget. Thank you! More
It was a poor experience. I arrived at 4pm but didn't leave until almost 11pm. After speaking with the fiance rep. Ed I knew someone dropped ball once he said why did they wait so late to come get me aro leave until almost 11pm. After speaking with the fiance rep. Ed I knew someone dropped ball once he said why did they wait so late to come get me around 9:30pm-9:45pm. The entire time I was sitting there the car hadn't been cleaned. After speaking with sales rep Cevonti, it was clear that someone dropped the ball forsure. I informed him how I felt about my experience and the car needed to be cleaned still. He offered a 25 gift card and confirmed that the vehicle could be dropped off the following Saturday to be professionally detailed. I sent email to confirm all we spoke about. A email was sent to confirming the following; 1. The car would be professionally detailed. And a loaner would be ready to ensure there was no waiting. 2. A $25 gift card would be at the desk upon my arrival. 3. To ask for his manager, Chris. Once I arrived, I asked for Chris and began to be questioned by the GM Mr. Palmer. Instead of him looking the emails that were offered confirming my visit, Mr. Palmer ignored the emails and un-comfirmed everything. Instead of making it happen. 1. The car was only cleaned on the outside and it was no loaner, so again I had to wait. 2. There was no $25 gift card. And I was told to call Monday to see if there was one. 3. I was offered a discount hotel room in Las Vegas, as the gesture was nice. It was something I has to come out of pocket for. It was another sad,unhappy transaction. A 2nd attempt to provide what wasn't there the 1st time. After reflecting on my way experiences, I wondered why? I looked at all the variables and concluded it wasn't because I was black, but this maybe a class issue. Maybe if I was purchasing a vehicle more than 8K, my experience would have been different. Unfortunately, I will never buy another vehicle off Mayfield. It's sad the opportunity was missed to make a life long customer and whover would came to Foundation Honda from my word of mouth promotions. More
