Between a high level of car maintenance , customer service and just understanding what the needs of people are in this economy I knew that I wanted to have who I could depend on. I am not from Ohio and just recently relocated here. So I did what most people do and looked up reviews either on yelp, google or anywhere I could find. Molly McIntyre kept popping up as the person to go to at Motorcars Honda. Review after review talked about her commitment to customers and not looking at potential new clients as just another number to impress her boss. Through e-mail contact Molly found the car I wanted, the price I wanted and was able to make everything happen before I could even say "When can I pick it up?" I was able to come in to the dealership and test drive the car immediately. While I was in the car Molly was able to tell me many of the features the 2013 Honda Accord has. As impressed as I was with the level of service up until that point, it only was increase with the level of service from Noah Daniel. I know if you are like me your time is valuable. Having to fill out paper work and go through everything can last from an hour to two hours to maybe even three if you go to a bad dealership. IF YOU COME TO THIS DEALERSHIP, DO EVERYTHING IN YOUR POWER TO GET NOAH DANIEL TO DO YOUR PAPERWORK. Noah Daniel is the equivalent of getting a hot and ready pizza from Little Caesars. I say this because I walked into his office and within fifteen minutes I was out of there. As someone from Detroit, where leasing or buying cars from anything other then the BIG 3 is frowned upon, my experience with Motorcars Honda was amazing. As a woman buying a car on my own, I felt completely comfortable that I was getting treated fairly, I was spoken with respectfully and knowledgeably, and all of the folks at the dealership were interested in doing whatever possible to make sure my experience was positive. The manager, Chuck Lamb, as well as others, recognized me every time I was at the dealership, came over and asked whether I had any questions, and gave me very complete answers. The negotiations went easily and I feel confident that I got a very fair deal price-wise. I never felt pressured to try other cars or get a different model. Rich was very friendly and gave me the rundown of what my options were. I have purchases/leased many cars in my lifetime. Unfortunately, there's this stereotype of car salesmen - they are all about getting the sale. He's very respectful in that he outlines the deal, provides different choices and let's you decide. He works very hard to get the best deal for you and has involved finance on a personal level, maintaining respect and confidentiality. I was so happy with my experience and the car that I ultimately drove away with, it's amazing. Andrew did the same thing for my daughter last year - we still talk about that day at the Honda dealership with Andrew, sometimes in tears because we were and are so grateful. More

We purchased our first Honda from Andrew and Honda Motorcars in 2001. We were so pleased with our purchase of our 2001 Honda Odyssey we came back in 2007 and purchased another Honda Odyssey.
