He met me after hours at a location convenient to me to do a test-drive, he talked directly to me answering all of my questions and checking on any things he wasn't sure of. He even came in on his day off to make sure the delivery of the car went smoothly. I cannot recommend him enough! As a woman buying a car on my own, I felt completely comfortable that I was getting treated fairly, I was spoken with respectfully and knowledgeably, and all of the folks at the dealership were interested in doing whatever possible to make sure my experience was positive. The manager, Chuck Lamb, as well as others, recognized me every time I was at the dealership, came over and asked whether I had any questions, and gave me very complete answers. The negotiations went easily and I feel confident that I got a very fair deal price-wise. I highly recommend Shaul Janes, Chuck Lamb, and the folks at Motorcars Honda and would not hesitate to buy from them again - although I am hoping and anticipating that my Honda will run happily for a very long time! I met Rich Klimkowski, who asked me questions and listened to my concerns. I pretty much knew what I wanted - a Civic Sedan, and Rich let me test drive a few. I never felt pressured to try other cars or get a different model. Rich was very friendly and gave me the rundown of what my options were. I have purchases/leased many cars in my lifetime. Unfortunately, there's this stereotype of car salesmen - they are all about getting the sale. He's very respectful in that he outlines the deal, provides different choices and let's you decide. He works very hard to get the best deal for you and has involved finance on a personal level, maintaining respect and confidentiality. I was so happy with my experience and the car that I ultimately drove away with, it's amazing. Andrew did the same thing for my daughter last year - we still talk about that day at the Honda dealership with Andrew, sometimes in tears because we were and are so grateful. More

We purchased our first Honda from Andrew and Honda Motorcars in 2001. We were so pleased with our purchase of our 2001 Honda Odyssey we came back in 2007 and purchased another Honda Odyssey. I’ve noticed over the years that their excelle My recent experience at Honda Service in Cleveland Hts, Ohio was the same as always…exceptional. I’ve noticed over the years that their excellent customer service, expertise and honesty are solidly consistent. Everyone is polite, caring and professional. The “atmosphere” of the service dept, beginning with the warm greeting as I drive up, turns car maintenance and repair into a more positive experience. Although I’ve used their convenient shuttle service, this last time I decided to wait in their comfortable lounge. I checked a few emails, then treated myself to their coffee, cookies and magazines. It reminded me how great it feels to have a little “down-time”! However, I couldn’t enjoy their hospitality if I wasn’t confident of the team’s technical knowledge and skill. They clearly know what they’re doing - and I walk away knowing my car is in great shape. In a world filled with scams and distrust, I so appreciate that I can trust the entire team. For example, when I recently brought my CRV in for routine service, I mentioned I was concerned about a rattling noise. When my car was ready, the technician (S. Ruben) personally explained to me that nothing was wrong with my car. He took me on a test drive & explained that the rattling was caused by a few pebbles that had gotten into a shield. I'm a middle age woman who knows nothing about cars – and it shows. An unethical person/place could easily have charged me for "a problem". This honesty, the guidance of the knowledgeable service advisors and the overall feeling of respect are why I recommend and will continue to use Motorcars. More
